Ijaza For Quranic Memorisation

• Memorizers of Quran with accurate recitation.
• Teachers of Quran who obtain of Ijaza to improve their knowledge of the Quran and Tajweed.
• Learners with good knowledge of Tajweed Science, and are able to make discussions.
• Learners who memorized “Tohfa and Gazzriya” Tajweed Mutun (desirable).
• Have experience in using the Internet and the ability to learn how to use our LMS – Moodle.

Objectives:

• The course consolidates and extends the skills acquired on Tajweed.

• This course aims to build on students’ previous knowledge of Tajweed to help them acquire advanced skills in Tajweed and Qira’at features, as well as enhance their knowledge Tajweed’s Mutun.

• Students acquire competencies to help them synthesize and analyse authentic materials. They will become familiar with a range of materials, including different academic Tajweed texts that will help them acquire competency in Tajweed.

• The course enables students to express recitation effectively, accurately and confidently in situations where functional competence in Tajweed and Qira’at is expected.

Method:

• The course is taught in Arabic and will include the recitation of the whole Quran to the Teacher who has the chain of Reciters.
• The course will include the discussion of some Tajweed books as well as explaining some points and words in Tajweed Texts.
• Class size is limited to one Student to allow intensive interactive practice with individual feedback and advice on progress.

Course Outline:

          Graduate will be able to:

• Memorize Quran with increasing proficiency.
• Explain the Tajweed rules in a more advanced way.
• Have a solid knowledge of Quran.

Recommended Study Habits:

• Have more than 2 or 3 different Tajweed books for some dissections.
• Make a routine memorisation of the Quran.
• Write some reports in Tajweed and Mutun.

Course Outcome:

Upon the completion of the course, the student is required to pass the exam with 90% at least, to acquire the organised Sanad (Ijaza) of the memorizing.
